To close a terminal, you must first be logged into one.  Below is a list of pages to help you with understanding and logging into a terminal.

Once you are logged into the terminal, navigate to the Admin tab.

If you do not see a "Close Terminal" button and you see an "Open Terminal" button, your terminal is already closed.  For help with opening a terminal, see the Opening a Terminal section of this guide.

To close this terminal, click the "Close Terminal" button and you will be prompted with a table to enter your totals for the day.  Total up the money you took throughout the day and fill in the fields appropriately.  Make sure to include your starting balance in your Cash Ending Total.  When done, click the "Close Terminal" button.

These Numbers Are Not Final

You will have a chance to edit these number when you run your End of Day Process. Once you have finalized your End of Day Process you will no longer be able to edit these numbers.

Your terminal is now closed.  Once all your terminals are closed, you are ready to run your End of Day Process.  For help running the End of Day Process, see the Running the End Of Day Process section of this guide.
