Label Printing on Wrong Tag

Example problem: Inventory is printing on a 2 x 1 sticker instead of a butterfly sticker.

1. Check to make sure the label / tag is added in Settings

Settings is found in the back office side of the software

2. Check the category the inventory item is tied to: category controls the label / tag type

Category controls the label type

3. Check the printer mapping if you have multiple printers. To get to this window click Printers in the top right of your screen

If you have multiple labels and multiple printers check the mapping
