1. The New Consignor Access will only display your account balance and store credit on the first page you see which is the 'Dashboard' page

2. If you'd like to view your account activity, click on the 'Activity' link on the sidebar on the left-hand side of the page

3. By default, items you've been paid for will be hidden. To make those items visible, click on 'Reconciled Items Hidden' and choose 'Show Reconciled Items'

4. If you'd like to view your consigned items, click on the 'Items' link on the sidebar on the left-hand side of the page

Not Seeing The Same Columns You Used To?

If you're no longer seeing the column you used to see, your monitor resolution or browser width might be too small and those columns might be getting hidden. If you want to view those columns, click on the green plus next to the individual items as shown below5.
