Credit Cards Not Processing

  • Integrated Processor (BluePay, CardConnect, Priority Payments, Fortis Payment Systems): Credit card machine says it is disconnected and I can't seem to reconnect, what do I do?

  1. Make sure your device is still on and connected to the internet. Power it off for 30 seconds then power it back on.

  2. Make sure you have stable internet service. Can you get to other websites on your computer? Go to, what are you download and upload speeds?

  3. Reset your modem and/or router by powering them off for 30 seconds and then back on.

  4. After restarting your internet and after you are sure it has fully come back up. Restart your card reader and the computer.

  5. Check to see if your processor is down on their status page.

  6. If you are still having issues, then call your processor.
