Clearing Your Cache (Firefox)
- 1.Open a new Firefox tab
- 2.Make sure SimpleConsign is not open in any other tabs
- 3.Click on the three horizontal bars on the top right corner for Firefox
- 4.Choose "History"
- 5.Choose "Clear Recent History..."
- 6.For "Time range to clear:" choose "Everything"
- 7.Ensure the "Details" are showing as shown in the screenshot below
- 8.Ensure to only check the "Cache" checkbox
- 9.Click "Clear Now"
- 10.Once this process has completed, the window will disappear. After that happens, please close Firefox and reopen it
- 11.Log back into SimpleConsign. If you are still having issues, please contact support at (888) 860-8094
