Clearing Your Cache (Firefox)

1. Open a new Firefox tab

2. Make sure SimpleConsign is not open in any other tabs

3. Click on the three horizontal bars on the top right corner for Firefox

4. Choose "History"

5. Choose "Clear Recent History..."

6. For "Time range to clear:" choose "Everything"

7. Ensure the "Details" are showing as shown in the screenshot below

8. Ensure to only check the "Cache" checkbox

9. Click "Clear Now"

10. Once this process has completed, the window will disappear. After that happens, please close Firefox and reopen it
