Clearing Your Cache (Firefox)

  1. For "Time range to clear:" choose "Everything"

  2. Ensure the "Details" are showing as shown in the screenshot below

  3. Ensure to only check the "Cache" checkbox

  4. Once this process has completed, the window will disappear. After that happens, please close Firefox and reopen it

  5. Log back into SimpleConsign. If you are still having issues, please contact support at (888) 860-8094
