Taxes
The tax rate is determined not only by the rates entered in the Tax Settings, but also by which tax category is applied to each category.
Most stores will have the same tax rate applied to all categories, but there are some special cases where certain types of items are taxed differently. In that case, you'll want to make sure the appropriate tax category is applied to the appropriate category.
