Clearing Your Cache (Chrome)
Close all other browser tabs so that only the "History" tab is open
Choose "the beginning of time" from the obliterate option
Ensure to only check the "Cached images and files" checkbox
Once this process has completed, the "Clear browsing data" window will disappear. After that happens, please close Chrome and reopen it
