Clearing Your Cache (Chrome)

  1. Close all other browser tabs so that only the "History" tab is open

  2. Choose "the beginning of time" from the obliterate option

  3. Ensure to only check the "Cached images and files" checkbox

  4. Once this process has completed, the "Clear browsing data" window will disappear. After that happens, please close Chrome and reopen it

  5. Log back into SimpleConsign. If you are still having issues, please contact support at (888) 860-8094
