Clearing Your Cache (Chrome)

1. Click on the three horizontal bars on the top right corner of Chrome

2. Hover your mouse over "History and recent tabs" and choose "History"

3. Close all other browser tabs so that only the "History" tab is open

4. Click the "Clear browsing data..." button

5. Choose "the beginning of time" from the obliterate option

6. Ensure to only check the "Cached images and files" checkbox

7. Click the "Clear browsing data" button

8. Once this process has completed, the "Clear browsing data" window will disappear. After that happens, please close Chrome and reopen it
